Merchant recruitment for Flubit Go 1 Hour deliveries

FlubitFlubit Go is a new service from Flubit to allow online shoppers buy with delivery taking place the same-day in 1-hour delivery slots.

The move is designed to help independent UK retailers on the platform to better compete with larger players like Amazon in the “super-convenient” fulfilment space and is scheduled to launch in London, Birmingham and Manchester in time for Christmas.

If you’d like to sign up to become a Flubit Go merchant, they are actively recruiting retailers to join their new fast and free service.

To participate retailers need to:

  • Hold stock within a 10-mile radius of London, Birmingham or Manchester.
  • Be able to pick and pack an order ready for same day collection.

  • Distribution centre or store address(es)
  • Pick & pack lead time
  • Opening hours

Q4, which is when Flubit aim to launch their new service, is the busiest time of the year. You’ll want to be fully integrated with Flubit and accepting orders through your multichannel management software well before then to ensure everything is running smoothly before peak.   1. Seems ambitious for a company that can even manage 48hr delivery 99% of the time.

    Fixing their slow and clunky interface, allowing demands of more than 3 of an item, and providing tracking would be nice too.
