PayPal’s simplified payment system One Touch was launched last year. It means that you don’t need to provide details every time you check out, available on the app and in “in browser” too it greatly speeds up how you can pay: literally with.. wait for it.. one touch.
And it’s proved highly successful with adoption going well across the globe. It’s started off in Europe, North America and Australia to name but a few markets. Arnold Goldberg, PayPal’s vice president of global merchant product and technology now calla it the “most rapidly adopted product in PayPal’s history.”
He says that One Touch will be used by more than 36 million consumers and 5 million merchants worldwide by the end. And it’s now available in 200 markets.
It’s more evidence that PayPal is continuing to develop and grow and in the competitive payments space and that the old dog continues to innovate.
