This new partnership is primarily technology based to allow retailers using Lengow to sell through Azoya without any integration worries. It adapts Lengow’s API for Azoya systems enabling them to access the market more easily.
All operational work, including localised marketing, customer services, and logistics, will be covered by Azoya’s turn-key solutions. Together with Azoya’s dedicated team, Lengow will be able to help its customers to establish themselves and develop sales in China more effectively.
With Azoya handling everything on the Chinese side it avoids the retailer from having to set up a local business entity, confusion over government policies, local marketing and customer support. With Lengow handling the technology side it can be as easy for an EU retailer to sell to China as it is to sell to France or Germany.
