Amazon UK have once again been ranked number one in customer satisfaction amongst all UK companies. In a nationwide poll of 10,000 consumers run by The Institute of Customer Service they came out top ranked on a range of metrics, from professionalism, quality and efficiency to problem solving and complaint handling.
