From February 7th Linnworks customers will be able to utilise three XSellco Fusion applications from within their Linnworks.net account. The two companies have been working together since April 2016.
#XSellco and #Linnworks have teamed up to offer Fusion, the Help Desk solution for online retailers, Price Manager the Amazon repricing tool and High 5. A feedback management service accessible via the Linnworks dashboard.
XSellco CEO Ray Nolan says: “Price and Reputation are the central elements to successful multi-channel sales. Integrating closely with Linnworks makes real sense – better customer service leads to higher ratings and more sales at better prices.”
Specifically the new features include:
– New Internal Notes functionality – update your Linnworks order notes within XSellco Fusion
– Print your order labels or Linnworks orders from XSellco
– View your repricer product information (stock levels, cost price etc.) from within your dashboard.
