Veeqo was hand-made from the ground up by ecommerce retailer Matt Warren. Matt started life out selling luxury watches online, and created Veeqo out of his frustration of running a highly successful and profitable ecommercce business.

Despite his business turning over £60m, Matt found there was nothing out there that could sync his orders and inventory from multiple channels and marketplaces, that also synced perfectly with his shipping courier and accounting package. That’s why he created Veeqo.

We asked Matt to tell us more about the solution he created:

Who are Veeqo?

Veeqo exists to help ecommerce retailers increase their sales. Our software enables multichannel retailers to manage their entire operation from a single platform – saving huge amounts of time, streamlining operations and shipping orders faster than ever.

We say that Veeqo is the “smart way” to manage and grow your ecommerce business. We’ve been built from the ground up by a team of passionate and dedicated ecommerce experts, and are obsessed with providing the ultimate tool for online retailers.

We currently have around 40 team members, based both in the UK and remotely all over the world. Our software is used by retailers in countries included Britain, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and beyond.

What does Veeqo do?

There are four main pillars to what Veeqo can do: inventory management, order management, warehouse management and reporting.

Inventory Management

With inventory management, we keep all stock levels completely accurate 100% of the time. Sell something on one sales channel and inventory levels are updated everywhere else instantly. This means you’ll never oversell anything ever again, and can say goodbye to disappointing customers by selling out-of-stock products.

Orders

Veeqo takes care of every sale from wherever you sell – whether it’s Amazon, eBay or your branded ecommerce store. We also help you effortlessly list to marketplaces directly from within Veeqo – meaning if you sell on Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce or WooCommerce, you can become a multichannel retailer overnight.

Warehouse Management

Our Warehouse Management tools are incredibly advanced, and provide retailers with innovative ways to quickly and efficiently book in large volumes of stock, pick and pack orders, and ship orders in bulk – up to 250 orders in a single click.

Reporting

We have advanced sales reports that provide unique insights to your business’ performance and also sync everything directly with your accounting software.

Other Features

We have a ton of other features that retailers love – including sophisticated purchase order capabilities, customisable paperwork templates and HTML listing tools – all designed to help you run a more efficient online business.

Smartphone app

We are also the only ones out there who offer a smartphone app for iOS and Android. This powerful app is a direct extension of the main software, and allows ecommerce business owners to get an instant overview of their sales performance from any of their channels. Warehouse teams can also use the app to carry out multiple functions, allowing them to pick and pack orders, and carry out stock takes in a new and innovative way.

Which platforms do you support?

Right now, Veeqo integrates with all the major ecommerce shopping carts, marketplaces and shipping couriers. If your store is powered by Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify or BigCommerce, or if you list on Amazon or eBay, you’ll find a huge amount of value in our software.

Our direct shipping integrations include Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, USP, USPS, FedEx and more. We also have direct integrations with Amazon FBA – allowing you to ship multichannel orders from any of your sales channels via Amazon logistics – and also Seller Fulfilled Prime, meaning you can ship your Prime orders via your own warehouse and logistics partner.

But that’s not all, over the coming months we’ll be launching brand new integrations with some of the world’s other biggest marketplaces. In Veeqo, you’ll soon be able to list your product range to these marketplaces in just a few clicks, unlocking a potentially massive market for retailers to go after.
