Exact Abacus has launched its ‘Seller Fulfilled Prime’ next day customer delivery service after meeting all the compliance criteria for the Amazon programme. The launch follows a successful pilot scheme.
Listing products under the Prime badge can help a seller significantly increase Amazon sales while allowing them to ship from their own warehouse or via a third-party logistics partner. Strict customer service requirements mean that many fulfilment specialists cannot operate with the agility required to meet next day delivery targets consistently.
However, integration of Exact Abacus‘ technology with its automated handling and fulfilment capabilities has enabled the company to overcome these challenges and meet Amazon’s compliance criteria with a 100 per cent same-day shipping commitment.
Lee Thompson, Sales and Marketing Director at Exact Abacus comments, “Seller Fulfilled Prime offers our clients a fantastic opportunity to consolidate stock, streamline their supply chain and significantly boost sales. 2017 has been a remarkable year for our company and the launch of our Seller Fulfilled Prime service tops off a range of successful initiatives designed to broaden our offering and provide our customers with a commercial advantage in a very competitive sector.”
Craig Addison, managing director at Clearstone Trading is one of the first users to embrace the service: “The onboarding process with Exact Abacus was incredibly slick and, despite our haste to implement Seller Fulfilled Prime before the Christmas rush, Exact Abacus has helped us implement service levels far beyond our expectations from day one. Amazon Prime is a key element of our overall sales mix and we are pleased to have found an ideal partner to help drive growth over the next 12 months and beyond.”
