The Ecommerce Cup 2018 presentation took place immediately after the matches on Thursday evening to the champions OFX by our sponsors – Helen from UKAuctioneers and Jason from JH.
Before the cup presentation however, ChannelAdvisor were runners up in the Ecommerce Shield 2018 and received their trophies as did the Ecommerce Shield winners, also ChannelAdvisor who had entered two teams.
Just Eat were runners up in the final for the Ecommerce Cup and deserve a special mention as they were the Champions in 2017 and they’re already vowing to be back next year and regain the number 1 spot.
After the presentation ceremony, UKAuctioneers and JH invited all the players, winner, runners up and everyone who entered, for drinks in the bar and a chance to unwind from what was an exceptionally hard fought tournament. Off the pitch there are many friends in the commerce world, but on the pitch no quarter was given, not least between the two teams from ChannelAdvisor who had to face each other in the Shield final.
