We recently published a post asking what Tamebay readers would like to tell the eBay VP of Seller Engagement, Harry Temkin. Harry has only been with eBay four months but he’s already been over to the UK and had face to face meetings with a number of business sellers to ask what eBay could do better to assist them as well as meeting with the local eBay UK regional teams to talk about their plans for sellers in the first half of 2019.
eBay are often accused of not listening to their customers, the sellers who make eBay successful. In fact one seller put a comment on the post saying “I bet Harry doesn’t even read this page“. Rest assured Harry is reading your comments and has been in touch with Tamebay to confirm that he’s listening to your concerns.
Harry has stated that his goal is to provide the best possible tools to sellers and the best possible analytics and competitive information that you can list efficiently and basically get your products sold as quickly as possible. You can read the original post and leave further comments for Harry here.
“Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns. While I was in the UK I met with a number of business sellers to talk about how things were going and what we could do better. I’ve read all your comments about the video here and on YouTube. Although I can’t respond to each of them right now, I’ll work with Tamebay to get you some answers soon.”
