eBay have updated the eBay User Privacy Notice and User Cookie Notice, as of the 30th of July 2019, to reflect changes that will make it easier for you to understand the personal data eBay collect. eBay say that the changes will give you greater control over your personal data and is part of eBay’s ongoing commitment to be transparent about how they use your data and keep it safe.

- Detail on how eBay share and process personal data within eBay Inc. corporate family, including personal data received from other sources, and information on how eBay share with other businesses and service providers.
- An outline of your rights regarding the processing of your personal data, as well as your choices regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies.
