We’re hearing reports that the PayPal Resolution Centre has been down this morning.
Not only can merchants not access the PayPal Resolution Centre but we understand that PayPal support can’t access information either as their internal system isn’t working either.
When merchants try to log into the PayPal Resolution Centre they are greeted by a message saying “Please try again, we’re sorry, somthing went wrong.”
This is a situation that merchants can’t do much about other than wait for PayPal to get up and running again.
As PayPal is so closely intertwined with eBay, if you have open cases on eBay that you need to take action on, we would recommend waiting a couple of hours until PayPal is up and working again as we don’t know if the status will update on both systems until the glitch is resolved.
