Etsy Community space have introduced new features and improvements aimed at supporting merchants’ peak season trading.
The marketplaces are making it easier to take part in new and active Forums discussions. Below the My Teams feature sellers will find “Join a Discussion,” a list of the latest posts and threads in the Etsy Forums. Etsy are encouraging sellers’ engagement by asking them to share expertise to show support to their counterparts or ask questions to their fellow merchants.

Etsy have introduced a new series called Etsy Insights, where the marketplace ask experts from teams at Etsy HQ and their fellow community members to share strategic business advice:
- Learn tips for selling in-person from holiday market expert Rebecca of OodleBadoodle
- Read about the importance of updating your listing photos ahead of the holiday season, from Katherine on the Seller Product Marketing Team
- Get advice for catching our attention on social media, by checking out this How-to by Brigette from Etsy’s Social Media Team
