A first-of-it’s-kind Workspace marketplace known as Occupyd is helping businesses monetize their professional spaces by renting them out to other businesses who could use the extra capacity at times when they would otherwise be empty.

According to reports, the company is said to be helping businesses continue to grow by taking advantage of unused space that others could use to provide income. As an example, if a kitchen closes for the day at 3pm they can rent the space out to a business or entrepreneur who runs evening catering. This new marketplace truly connects businesses by letting them set their own rules, terms, contracts and deposits whilst receiving ongoing support from the platform.

- Accept the booking request to get paid.
Renting a space:
