I’d like to give everyone at ChannelX World this morning a warm welcome and would love to speak to you all personally. Realistically, that’s not possible so please do connect with me on LinkedIn so that we can continue the conversation after today.
We’ll be starting today’s ChannelX World conference with opening keynotes which will be delivered by three of the industry giants – eBay, TikTok, and Amazon. Then during the first break we’ll reconfigure the stage into three tracks – Growth, Insights and Operations. On each stage we’ll be welcoming brilliant speakers and some of the top marketplace minds, drawn from retailers across the UK.
Alongside the conference tracks, there are three workshop streams you can attend downstairs from the reception area. This is where you have a greater chance to interact with businesses including eBay, GFS, Luzern, Fruugo, Wish, Jitterbit and the Department for International Trade. Take the opportunity to strike up a personal relationship with these businesses who can help you grow your business through Q4 and into 2023.
In the networking breaks, all the exhibition stands will be manned and here again you’ll meet industry experts willing to share their experience, offer advice and discuss strategies for the coming peak season and new year.
The day will close with the conference coming together for a final keynote where Tom Flintoff, Head of Marketplaces, International Ecommerce at M&S, will share Marks & Spencer’s channel strategy and how they interact with marketplaces around the world.
Finally, I hope to see you at the networking drinks as the ChannelX World conference draws to a close so if we haven’t spoken by then please do take the opportunity to introduce yourself.
