You can now file and manage SAFE-T claims on the Amazon Seller app for Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) orders, Customer Service by Amazon (CSBA) orders and returns with an Amazon Prepaid Return Label (APRL).
You may file a SAFE-T claim if Amazon has issued a refund on your behalf and you think that you should not be held financially responsible for the charge, for example, if the buyer returned a damaged item. Before filing a claim, make sure that you carefully review the SAFE-T reimbursement policies to learn which use cases are eligible for reimbursement, what restrictions apply and how to file a successful claim.
To file a new SAFE-T claim or track the status of previous claims in the Amazon Seller app, click Manage SAFE-T claims on the app’s home page. By clicking on an existing claim, you can open the claim details, review the correspondence regarding that claim and respond to any messages that may require a reply. Alternatively, you can continue to use SAFE-T via your desktop by using the Manage SAFE-T claims page in Seller Central.
