As always the Goodwood attracted tens of thousands of motor heads over the weekend, although sadly due to exceptional weather the Saturday had to be cancelled. eBay made its Goodwood Festival of Speed debut with its first ever eBay Garage at the event, and an automotive museum with a difference. Those visiting would have found:
- Exhibits charting 75 years of innovation to mark the 75th anniversary of Goodwood Circuit, with items available to buy online, to raise funds for automotive industry charity, Ben
- A host of experts, including Matt Armstrong, Becky Evans and racing driver Charlie Martin shared insights and inspiration on the eBay Live Stage
- A chance to grab your eBay baseball cap and have an eBay bumper sticker custom printed
For the three days the festival was open, the eBay Garage was rammed full of enthusiasts and we took the opportunity to speak to Laura Richards, who heads up the eBay Vehicle Parts & Accessories business for eBay UK, to find out what their presence at the show means for vehicle parts & accessories sellers and what else the team has planned for 2023.
