A new Advertising dashboard with personalised insights and more tools
The new Advertising dashboard is designed to offer sellers a simplified, comprehensive tool to monitor and optimise the performance of their ad campaigns.
Sellers will now have access to a new tab on Seller Hub, enabling a more intuitive and streamlined advertising experience. Through this, users will also be able to access a brand new advertising tab, which gives sellers easy access to a comprehensive and holistic view of all their campaigns.
With a user-friendly interface and clean layout, sellers of all experience levels can easily launch new campaigns and make informed decisions on how to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS). Ultimately, this will enable sellers to drive further sales for their eBay listings and stores, based on campaign results and marketplace trends.
A huge improvement over the previous iteration, eBay’s new advertising dashboard boasts some essential feature enhancements that really streamline the campaign management process. Revamped dashboards and graphs offer a modernised reporting system with clear visualisations and key metrics that are both easy to understand and actionable.
Evaluating impact and performance of our advertising campaigns is also simpler with chart breakouts by ad type. A new campaign recommender identifies listings that have the opportunity to drive additional sales so you can quickly and effortlessly execute on them, or modify, as needed. And last but certainly not least, improved sorting/filtering capabilities on the campaign dashboard makes it much easier to find the exact campaigns we need – a much needed and time-saving enhancement!

Promoting made simpler: A streamlined advertising portfolio
The unified advertising portfolio will make it easier for sellers to select the right solution and launch. Via the new and improved Dashboard, eBay sellers can leverage three unique advertising solutions:
- Promoted Listings – For sellers looking to promote their listings and connect with more buyers on eBay. Your campaign strategy will determine your level of access to ad placements, controls and how you’ll be charged:
- The priority campaign strategy provides you with priority access to ad placements with advanced controls, AI generated campaign recommendations tailored to you, and you’ll only pay for clicks on your ads. Sellers saw a 50% increase in items sold, on average, when using a priority campaign strategy compared to non-promoted items.
- The general campaign strategy provides you with general access to ad placements with standard controls, and you’ll only pay when your item sells. Listings promoted with a general strategy have seen 30% more sales, on average, compared to non-promoted items.
- Promoted Shops – For sellers looking to build brand visibility of their stores through eye-catching ads.
- Promoted Offsite – For sellers looking to drive potential buyers to their listings by showing your ads on leading external channels, such as Google.
