Plenary Sessions in partnership with Criteo

09.30am Evolving Marketplaces and the Role of Retail Media

Pinki Choudhury, Marketplace & Retail Media Expert

Most recently at Kingfisher, Pinki will explore how traditional brick-and-mortar retailers are transitioning into marketplace models and discuss the rise of Retail Media on all marketplaces, how they create value for consumers and marketplaces and what are the key challenges.

09.45am Retail Media: The New Frontier in Connected Customer Engagement

Andy Stephen, Director of Monetisation UK, CRITEO

Paul Stafford, Head of Retail Media Europe, SUPERDRUG

One year on since the launch of Optimo (AS Watson’s global retail media ecosystem) Paul will share insights about Superdrug’s retail media journey and how they designed a strategy to deliver the best outcome for advertisers & shoppers.

10.05am Tesco Marketplace

Peter Filcek, Marketplace Director, TESCO

Peter will share the development of the Tesco marketplace which launched this year, with insights on the categories and product verticals seeing success and how to onboard.

10.20am Strategies for the Amazon Marketplace

Stacey Van Den Aardweg, UK Director – Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) & Global Selling – Marketplace, AMAZON

Stacey will share insights into how Amazon has evolved its offering to innovate on behalf of sellers, customers as well as the community. Coming off the back of Amazon’s annual Prime Day sales, Stacey shares some of the lessons the business has learned and what businesses can be doing in order to prepare for the peak season.
