This session will introduce B&Q’s expanding marketplace and its pivotal role in the future of home improvement retail. Attendees will learn about the opportunities for third-party sellers to tap into B&Q’s large customer base, benefit from its trusted brand, and leverage a multichannel retail strategy. Holly & Reece will discuss B&Q’s growth strategies for 2024, including plans for onboarding more sellers and enhancing the platform to meet customer needs. Finally, they will also highlight how the marketplace aligns with B&Q’s sustainability goals, supporting eco-conscious consumers through responsible sourcing.
