Store owners will of course welcome this offer (not)!
I simply cannot work eBay out at the moment. They seem set on a course of action to cause maximum ill feeling among their bread and butter sellers.
Why not offer to refund 50% of monthly store fees at the same time to compensate store owners who list in excess of 50% of their inventory in these catagories?
