At the Catalyst conference in the US today ChannelAdvisor announced their Spring release with an overhauled Search Solution and support for Multi-channel Amazon FBA.
Their 2013 Spring Release offers a reinvented Paid Search solution, virtualised inventory capabilities and several additional platform updates.
Re-invented Paid Search
ChannelAdvisor’s reinvented Paid Search solution provides retail-specific insights and actionable reporting to streamline the complexity and create efficiencies in retailers’ PPC programs. ChannelAdvisor now offers features such as a revamped Keyword Generator, Negative Keyword Suggestions and a Seasonal Bid Adjuster, which help retailers make smarter advertising decisions and spend less advertising spend.
Additionally, the Spring Release offers a foundation for Google Enhanced Campaigns. ChannelAdvisor’s reporting enhancements now give retailers full visibility into keyword and campaign performance by device, which are critical for strategic bidding and improving ROI with Enhanced Campaigns.
Shared Inventory
In addition to an improved Paid Search solution, ChannelAdvisor now offers retailers the ability to virtualise inventory. Retailers can juggle inventory quantity across advertising channels, including eBay’s global sites, in order to advertise their full quantity everywhere online. Retailers can share that same quantity between eBay sites in different countries using the eBay Quantity Allocation Option, which broadens product visibility while mitigating the risk of overselling.
Multi-channel Fulfilment by Amazon
With the 2013 Spring Release ChannelAdvisor also supports Multi-channel Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), where retailers can fulfil through Amazon all sales that occur on any marketplace and keep track of success within the ChannelAdvisor platform. Other platform updates included in the 2013 Spring Release are further enhancements to ChannelAdvisor’s Google Shopping, Amazon and eBay offerings.

ChannelAdvisor will be bringing their Catalyst Conference to Europe on the 3rd and 4th June. If you want to learn more about their solutions, or to get an update on the ecommerce market in general this will be one of the best events of the year.
