We’ve had a great deal of interest from ecommerce firms who want a bit of fun on the hallowed AstroTurf. In previous years it has been a fun informal social with business competitors and friends.
And in this Football World Cup year the competition will be keener than ever at our five-a-side soccer tournament for people and companies involved in ecommerce.
Tayyab of Genie and the Geek tells me that there are a few spots still available. So if you want to get involved drop him an email. The line up so far is:

The event is organised by Genie and the Geek. And, of course, Wholesale Clearance carried away the trophy last year after an energetic final.
This year the tournament will be held on 13th May, starting at 3pm and going on until 8pm at the Goals Soccer Centre in Wembley, London. We have space for 24 teams and the entry fee is £39 per team to cover costs.
