Been using it for a couple of months, it worksokay but at $600 per year its expensive for what it is, so we are opting out soon
Dale, if we can be of any assistance to help you get the most out of the program, we would be happy to help. We want to make sure that we’re doing everything possible to make answering customer messages easier.
Hi
Thanks for making contact
I have no issues with ReplyManager, its good, we use it across websites, ebay and amazon, but the volume of messages does not justify spending $49 per month, which is the entry level cost. If you developed a less costly entry level package you would probably get a lot more subscribers,
Hi everyone.
We have been using Reply Manager for about 6 months now & I can honestly say it has been a life saver, It has made us more efficient with our customer service which has reflected in positive feedback.
We use it for Amazon, eBay, Websites & various other email accounts and we can’t fault it in any way.
Thanks Reply Manager & Tame Bay.
Kind Regards
Jamie
There is i believe a lower package, it is hidden and not well advertised, most likely because they want people on the $49 version.
If you are really low volume in terms of the messages you are handling why not ask them about the lower package, i think it is 500MB? or 1GB? someting like that, and i think it was $29 per month, this is from memory, we upgraded because we kept running out of room, most likely because we are getting enough tickets to make $49 viable.
I just found it in our reply manager setup
There is a package for $29 USD per month, the capacity is 100MB, not much for a bigger company but might be suitable if you are getting a few emails from various selling channels.
It is easy to upgrade at a later time if you business becomes larger.
I would recommend reply manager, we would not be able to manage without some kind of ticket system, reply manager works well for eCommerce.
