As they say: “From 00.00am Tuesday 20th September we will be rolling out this change and myHermes customers will notice two beneficial changes:
1. myHermes has increased the maximum amount of cover from £250 to up to the value of £300.
2. Introduction of a new model that will allow customers to pay an optional insurance fee relative to the value of the item.
All parcels will continue to receive free cover as standard up to the value of £25 however, the price to add extra cover after £25 will change to benefit customer more than ever.”
