There have been general problems with the Ebay system for a few weeks now.
This is probably one of them.

This has happened for years nothing new…
We’re in the process of setting up some automatic tests to flag these events up to customers/automatically relist as and when they happen. Should be possible to notify people within 15-20 minutes of listing ending so well inside 3 hours.
Happy to provide that without charge whilst these issues are going on.
Could really do with someone who’s being actively affected by it to test this with so get in touch if we can help.
