Doddle have launched what they’re billing as ‘Powered by Doddle’. It’s a white-label click & collect solution that includes all the software, training, communications and analytics modules retailers need to enhance their click & collect experience and deliver incremental revenue.

Doddle’s proprietary software supports a set of click & collect (C&C) processes, including the receipt and storage of parcels, order fulfilment, the handling of expired parcels and paperless returns.
Powered by Doddle leverages the best practices Doddle has honed in its own stores to streamline retailer click & collect offerings, improving efficiency, customer service and ultimately driving more sales for their bottom line. Customers using the service have reported an average of 32 percent reduction in daily staff hours required and a 30 percent increase in stockroom package capacity.
