eBay are looking for case studies to pitch to national and local media, to highlight the brilliant businesses operating on the online marketplace.
You must be willing to be photographed and reveal how much you make a year through selling on the site and share your story. To give you an example, Modern Furniture Direct is one of the businesses who previously responded and you can read some of their coverage in the Birmingham Mail here.

You offered this last year. I applied & was contacted “once” by Email. Then nothing.
So much for the “No Brainer”.
Says a lot about Ebay I suppose.
My Ebay business grew exponentially when i started selling on Amazon.

After the temporary benefit of the 15 minutes of fame expires, the seller may well find they’ve picked up some new competition, now selling the same thing they do, but for pennies less.
It’s a no brainer alright. Shhhhh! Keep the secrets of your business success to yourself.
