The 2017 E-Commerce Fulfilment Report Questionnaire

Peoplevox have launched a global market study into the future of e-commerce warehouse management in partnership with Scurri.

“The 2017 E-Commerce Fulfilment Report” aims to identify key future trends in the usage and deployment of warehouse management systems over the next five years, as well as provide new insights and solutions to the growing e-commerce fulfilment challenges facing online retailers.

If you’d like to take part in the research project, you can do so by completing the online market survey questionnaire which takes less than five minutes to complete. They are interested in hearing from everyone involved in e-commerce, including warehouse and fulfilment operations, sales, marketing, finance and administration personnel. All responses will be treated confidentially.

“Warehouse personnel are the unsung heroes of online retailing and without them nothing gets delivered. By learning and analysing what e-commerce retailers and their warehouses around the world are planning over the next few years, our market study will help Peoplevox, and e-commerce solutions providers generally, to more accurately predict and preempt their future operational challenges and requirements. This will ensure scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions are available to e-commerce retailers for growing their profits while at the same time delivering first-class customer service.”
– Jonathan Bellwood, Founder and CEO, Peoplevox

If you complete the questionnaire, you might win a new iPad Pro as well as being eligible to receive a free copy of the market study findings planned for publication in the spring.
