Multi-channel software provider ChannelAdvisor is making further forays into developing fulfilment capabilities in the US with the acquisition of HubLogix.
Boston based HubLogix helps merchants improve order accuracy and fulfillment speed for its customers. That in turn can lower customers’ fulfillment costs and create competitive advantages for their customers’ businesses, they say. The HubLogix network includes more than 150 fulfillment partners for vendors to choose from as well as software services and expertise. The financial aspects of this deal have not been revealed.

It will be interesting to understand exactly how this development will be of use to sellers (we imagine that this is predominantly of interest to US merchants at this time).
