This morning it was announced that Paul Todd, Senior Vice President of eBay Europe, is leaving the business.
“Paul has left the company to relocate to the US. Having led the EMEA business for the past three years, he has been a valued member of the eBay leadership team. We wish him well as he and his family relocate back to the US and he begins the next phase of his career.”

Paul joined eBay in 2012 and has been SVP Europe for a little over three years. Part of eBay’s SVP Europe role includes oversees the major EMEA markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain), as well as smaller and emerging, higher-growth markets (e.g. Russia and Turkey).
Joe Billante, CFO of eBay EMEA, who has been with eBay for eight years, will immediately assume responsibility for eBay’s EMEA business on an interim basis. Before becoming CFO of eBay EMEA he was eBay’s Senior Director of Marketing Analytics and then eBay VP Technology Finance & Analytics.

This is a big loss for eBay — Paul is an extremely intelligent manager and has been a wonderfully charismatic leader for Europe. The way with which I’ve seen him instill a vision in the senior team is very impressive. I hope Europe can maintain its leadership within the ebay family without him at the helm — big shoes. Wish him well in his next role.
never heard of him, dont know him , and as far as we are aware has done nothing that has improved our business
Presumably the main job requirement is the ability to pick up an enormous pay cheque.
All the problems bedevelling sellers on Ebay remain unresolved and they don’t give a ****
