Royal Mail’s online-only pricing promotion for International Tracked parcels, launched earlier in the year, has been extended to the end of September. The country pricing promotion, due to have finished on 30th June, is for France, Spain, Germany and the Republic of Ireland.
This is an interesting promotion as it marks the first time that Royal Mail have offered country specific pricing as opposed to zonal pricing covering the whole of Europe.
The Click & Drop promotion is available to those customers who have an account with Royal Mail and for ad hoc users who can pay using a credit or debit card. There is no minimum volume requirement. There are significant savings to be made for customers which will add up for sellers with large volumes of overseas shipments. Once the label has been generated, parcels can be dropped off at Post Office branches, any of Royal Mail’s customer service points or via a usual business collection.
Parcels can be sent from 100g to 2kg and specific prices can be found on royalmail.com/price-finder from 28th March. You can also find more International Tracked pricing promotion information on the promotion landing page. The promotion will now run until the end of the Summer (30th September).
Royal Mail account customers can be given access to the country pricing promotion on Click & Drop by contacting their Royal Mail Sales adviser so make sure you do if you’re shipping with International Tracked as otherwise you’ll miss out on the savings.
