Parcelforce Worldwide are today launching a flat rate £9.99 promotion on their two day UK drop off delivery service. Sellers will be able to get this special tariff rate, for parcels up to 30kg when they integrate with Parcelforce online and use their bulk shipping tool.

Whether you are an eBay Premium Seller looking for a two day delivery option for less than £10, or searching for a carrier that will handle your handmade items with care via Etsy, Parcelforce Worldwide has a solution that will suit your needs.

As a marketplace trader reliable delivery is key for your reputation. So it makes sense to partner with a quality carrier that can deliver great customer service, for a great price.

Parcelforce Worldwide’s online integration tool helps sellers save time, as orders will automatically pull through once you have integrated, enabling bulk shipping and speedier parcel bookings.

Further benefits of using Parcelforce Worldwide include the fact you ‘pay as you go’ (avoiding big monthly bills), and inclusive compensation (£100 on its express48 service) with the option to enhance. Parcelforce’s PrePay option means you also have the choice to further speed up your bookings by adding money into your user account in advance. You can have your parcels collected or drop them off at your local Post Office® or Parcelforce Worldwide depot. Parcelforce’s 54 depots offer additional convenience, with free parking and extended opening hours.

Those sellers who are already registered with Parcelforce Worldwide and using their integration tool will have the flat rate – which will be available for eighteen weeks, until 31st January 2019 – automatically applied.

The £9.99 flat rate represents a saving of up to 76% including VAT, on Parcelforce Worldwide’s express48 service.

Bookings made using the express48 service up to 2kg for depot drop off will still be available at their lower tariff rates.

The two day service includes full tracking with electronic signature on delivery. Individual parcels can weigh up to 30kg, and measure up to 1.5m in length, and 3m in length and girth combined. The flat rate promotion will be available on Post Office and Parcelforce Worldwide depot drop off services only.

The offer applies to Parcelforce Worldwide’s express48 service only, when booked online and dropped off at a Post Office branch or Parcelforce Worldwide depot. Users must integrate their ecommerce account with Parcelforce Worldwide online and apply for the flat rate to be added to the tariff within their registered user account, by 07/01/2019.

The flat rate will be applied instantly to your user account and will remain until 31/01/2019 on all relevant parcels, where the bulk shipping tool is used.

  1. So, eBay have moved the start of the 4% stealth fees to February 1st? What perfect timing! We have been forced to offer extended return times over Christmas, so all the returns in January will fall nicely in time for our financial kicking.
Anybody know if Onbuy is growing fast or stagnating?
Is there a good plain English guide to starting on Amazon/moving from eBay to Amazon?

  2. Maybe if ebay had an excellent marketplace that sellers could trust then they would not have to worry about sellers leaving or being poached.
The way we are treated currently is poor as it is back to 3/4 years ago where everything we do seems to be wrong or not good enough. Which gives very little motivation to want to grow my business any further on ebay. Since the summer I have already started growing my business on ebay as much easier to list and can count the messages on one hand that I have received. Yet ebay buyers take up loads more time. I know where my growth will be next year and they don’t need to invite me.

  3. @Jo Do Despatch bays couriers collect from your premises or do you have to drop the parcels of to various courier dropoffs?

  4. Ok hands up it is my fault, in the last 6 months I have consistently told eBay Customer Support how many customers buy from me on Amazon that used to buy from me on eBay, they are losing customers, thankfully I am not.

As DBL & Al said 5-6 years ago! But now…? I sell on both eBay & Amazon, I was not poached, I went willingly but did not find it that great to begin with but eBay has gone downhill so much in the last 18month this just shows how desperate they are getting.

We have seen the tricks and gimmicks and eBay did pick up for me for a while but once again I am getting so many of the same old problems, it is just not fit for purpose.
