Not valid if the item is collection in person. I’ve just spoke with ebay they’re trying to resolve it. I very much doubt in time.

Thanks for being so smart to figure this out. I just happen to be looking for this problem just now as well. If you untick the option of local collection and save it and re-open the listing and save it. It will start offering discount to customers as well.

Pretty much any electronic deal on ebay is cheaper elsewhere, even with the 15% I could have got it cheaper if I was prepared to wait 2 weeks for delivery.
