There will be an eBay Delivery powered by Shutl 2019 courier rates rise from the 4th of January as sellers return to work after the New Year break.
eBay say that this is an annual rate increase to allow them to continue developing and improving eBay delivery service for eBay customers. It’s not good news for eBay sellers who use eBay Delivery however and news of a courier rates rise is never welcome as it’s an unavoidable expense and hits the bottom line. eBay say that most of their rates are still cheaper than buying postage direct from carrier. Plus as an eBay delivery service customer, they say that you benefit from higher standard compensation, and the option to purchase enhanced compensation up to £1,000 for any carrier to cover the more expensive items that you sell, in case of loss or damage in transit.
There is no change for Hermes rates 5-10kg (drop off and collection), UK Mail 0-5kg and DPD 0-10kg. Other rates are changing and the prices you’ll see when you come back to work in the New Year are below. All other rates will remain as stated on the eBay Delivery powered by Shutl page.

Every little helps for Mr. Wenig’s pension fund.
So how about retiring, Devin? Aren’t you tired of playing with sellers’ livelihoods yet? Do you try to pass yourself off as Jeff Bezos at parties?
Go full time with GM. Do it now. Forget about Ebay – why keep toying with something you don’t understand.
Look at those big shiny cars at GM. Brum Brum. Go play with them on the motorway. Now !!!
