If you’ve not yet completed the Tamebay 2018 Reader Survey we’d love to hear from you. The annual Tamebay Survey of readers annually helps us shape editorial for the year ahead so we want to know if you’re a sole trader, a small business or if you have grown into a £1 million seller and what your needs are for the year ahead.
We also know that there are still small home businesses struggling to keep up in a world of eBay Product based selling experience changes and Amazon’s growing reliance on paid advertising and we want to know how many of you are out there with similar challenges. We also know that there are much larger businesses expanding overseas and want to know if your main interest is expanding with domestic marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon or if you are already selling, or considering selling, on any of the hundreds of other marketplaces specific to overseas territories around the world.
The Tamebay 2018 Reader Survey is your opportunity to make your voice heard and tell us what you’d like to read over the next year, what marketplaces and countries you trade in and what tools and services are important for you to hear about.
We know there are thousands of people that read Tamebay but never comment, we’d love to hear from you through the survey. We’ll treat your data entry anonymously, we just want to build up an aggregate picture, rather individual profiles. We wouldn’t use parceforce if you paid us, their ‘service’ is appalling. We used to use them until they failed to deliver a parcel and caused us to lose a large customer by lying to them, telling them it was because we didn’t send the parcel on time when we had sent it the same day.
We switched to UPS and have had zero problems with them. I appreciate that no carriers is perfect, they all have their moments, but to lying to our customers to try and make themselves look good is unforgivable.
