According to reports, Creative Fabrica an online marketplace for digital assets have recently raised $7 million to help with continued expansion.

Creative Fabrica has been based in the heart of Amsterdam since June 2016. Having a design background, the founders realized how difficult it was to find the perfect assets for a design. The online marketplace was created to improve and change the way people consume digital assets and provides a home for thousands of handmade digital crafts and fonts for creative projects.

According to the reports, Creative Fabrica plans to use the funds to expand their marketplace in multiple ways which includes adding to their team, reaching new markets and tapping into more niches. The funding has come at a time when ecommerce is flourishing and the crafting and hobby market continues to grow and evolve. With so many people at home taking up hobbies and entrepreneurs starting new business ventures there is an increased demand for convenient digital assets. As a designer myself, I know that asset-building or trying to find something for a particular project can be frustrating without the right resources.
