Optiseller who specialise in data tools and analytics, has announced further expansion as global demand for its services continues to rise steeply with the appointment of Steve Dunn as the new head of customer success, and Cameron Taylor as new global head of SaaS sales.

The new head of customer success, Steve Dunn, joins Optiseller from marketing analytics software company Moz, where he was customer success manager. Steve will be responsible for the overall customer success function at Optiseller.

For eBay sellers with large inventories the task to update item specifics manually might seem daunting. Optiseller has a suite of tools which can automate many of the processes taking away the hard work. Chief amongst these is the Aspect Finder+ tool which quickly identifies the listings that are missing the required and recommended item specifics across all listings in all categories. The tool also improves SEO to boost search visibility and help maximise sales for the seller.

It’s worth a mention that for several years eBay have funded Optiseller’s Aspect Finder+ tool and it’s currently available for you to use at no cost through to the end of September. That leaves you just four weeks to make sure that you take full advantage and optimise your eBay listings while the tool is available at no cost to you.

“It’s now a well-known fact that the pandemic has caused an explosion in e-commerce, with this increased demand really driving our recent growth both in the UK and internationally. We are delighted to welcome the key new hires and see this as yet another important step forward in cementing Optiseller as the global market leader.”
– Optiseller COO, Richard Falconer

Optiseller’s rapid expansion has seen it positioned as a high growth organisation with a multi-million-pound operation. In total it now has a global team of 99, with ambitious plans for further growth to approximately 200 by the end of 2022.

Optiseller is an ecommerce data platform that provides over 50,000 users with the tools they need to control, manage and monitor their performance. The platform is now used in over 160 countries, reviewing over 70m listings every week. In total it has analysed over 1.1bn products.
