There are new Fruugo Merchant Performance Levels coming into effect, as a new metric which rewards good selling practices and Fruugo say that the intention is for customers to be able to shop with confidence on Fruugo, knowing that they are buying products from proven merchants.
Your Fruugo Merchant Performance Level will be based on your sales over the last 90 days, and your Order Management Health score. You can achieve Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum levels, with Platinum being for the very best merchants. Fruugo will calculate your Performance Level every month.
Bronze | Silver | Gold | Platinum | |
Sales in the last 90 days | Under £10,000 | Over £10,000 | Over £50,000 | Over £100,000 |
Order Management Score | Any | Silver or Gold | Silver or Gold | Silver or Gold |
Fruugo order management score
While it may be difficult to increase your sales significantly enough to move from one sales tranche up to the next, the one thing you can more easily impact is your Fruugo order management score, which is based on the following metrics:
- Orders shipped on time
- Cancellations
- Returns
- Average days to ship
- NPS Customer Satisfaction score
Fruugo review your performance in the context of a ‘peer group’ – merchants with a similar profile – to identify those who have significantly higher rates of customers reporting problems with their orders.
From the 1st September, the Fruugo Retailer Content Fees will come into effect and may vary depending on your Performance Level. To view your Merchant Performance Level, login to your Fruugo Account at retailer.fruugo.com to view your Dashboard.
