The problem with IOSS is the fact that some countries pick and choose which goods, or specifically which tariff codes they will allow to be IOSS – despite the fact that marketplaces charge it regardless, meaning some customers are asked to pay tax twice and all the problems this causes….
It’s nearly impossible to get a definitive list of these country specific requirements which often change from month to month…
