It’s been a busy year at ChannelGrabber and there have been a ton of enhancements since the service was first launched, so we’ve invited Daniel Williams, Channelgrabber MD, back to give us an update.
It has been just over a year since we were first introduced on Tamebay and what a year it has been. We have gone through 3 different versions of ChannelGrabber software all the way from an extremely basic inventory and order management system to a full on multi-channel management system.
Firstly, for those who do not know what ChannelGrabber is or what a multi-channel management system is then I will give a brief insight. ChannelGrabber acts as a conduit and management system for all channels associated to your selling activities. In ChannelGrabber, a channel can be a sales channel (eBay, Amazon, Play, Webstore) or it can be a courier channel (DHL, TNT, Yodel) or accountancy channel (Xero, KashFlow, SAGE).
ChannelGrabber automates as much of the work as possible that you would otherwise have to do yourself. This includes managing stock levels, creating invoices, creating courier consignments, courier labels, dispatching orders, creating invoices/sales receipts in your accountancy software and tons of other stuff that normally take us mere humans hours!
I am posting today to inform you about our latest version of ChannelGrabber. There have been so many improvements made and tons of new features to the system. So much so, that since our new release, many of our customers have said that of all solutions out there, we are the simplest and most effective for their business.
Another change with version 3 is our new pricing which allows us to give more to businesses that sign up with us. Our main pricing plans are flat fee but we also offer a % based Premier service for larger businesses. Our Premier package is for those who need a lot more support as well as a personal eCommerce manager to help propel their business even further.
