50,000 Free listings for Business Sellers in Nov

No primary category set

There’s another coming up on the 12th to 16th of November. You’ll be able to list up to 50,000 30 day or Good ’til Cancelled listings and pay no insertion fees.

Business sellers will automatically receive zero Insertion Fees when they list, re-list or renew items in Fixed Price 30 day or GTC formats through the Sell Your Item Form, eBay Seller Tools, eBay Mobile apps and most third-party tools. The promotion is only for business sellers registered as resident in the UK and own either a Basic or Featured store during the promotional period (if you have an anchor shop you can already list for free in these formats).

There are a few exclusions such as listing motors and property, but so long as your account’s seller performance is not below standard you’re good to go. Also make sure you don’t fall foul of the duplicate listing policy.

This is the second such promotion from eBay, the first ran on the 22nd – 26th October. If you listed items on the last promotion they should still be live on eBay so this is an opportunity to ramp up your inventory on eBay even more ready for Christmas.

eBay fees are pretty low these days anyway, but business sellers have often complained it was unfair that all free listing promotions were aimed at private sellers. Take advantage while it’s free and start saving 10p or 5p per listing. As always check the for full details.

  1. I’d say that that your statement:
“if you have an anchor shop you can already list for free in these formats”
    doesn’t tell the complete story.

Anyone with an anchor shop will tell you that it costs £349.99 per month to be able to list for ‘free’

  2. you can bet Dollars to doughnuts that ebay are not doing this because they love business sellers?

  3. It was only a few weeks ago they had the last one and I was bemoaning the fact they don’t give the Business / shop sellers on the Irish site a chance at free listing and they go and do it again for the UK only it’s all very one sided…it just ain’t right

  4. “If you listed items on the last promotion they should still be live on eBay”

Yes, and it would make sense to end them and restart them during the promotion to extend the free period.
