Video: Will McInnes talks Culture Shock

I’ve just finished reading a new book by a Brighton businessman I know, Will McInnes. It’s called Culture Shock and it explodes the myths at the heart of many of the antiquated working practices that businesses in the 21st century still adhere to.

The book examines how to break down rigid hierachy, empowering employees through transparancy and democracy and embracing failure. It’s a cracking, thought-provoking read that will be of interest to anyone in business.

So I thought I’d share this video with Will talking about his book. As he notes, he starts off a bit “rambley” (his word) but it’s a useful introduction to a lot of his ideas that I suspect we’ll hear more about in the next few years.
