Collect Plus new more generous Parcel sizes

Collect Plus have responded to Royal Mail price and size changes by revamping their service offerings, scrapping their low cost jiffy bag service.

Don’t worry through – scrapping the jiffy bag service is a good thing as Collect Plus now have three simple price bands – Light (0-2kg), Regular (2-5kg) and Heavy (5-10kg). You no longer have to package items in a jiffy bag to access the light weight service which is still the same £3.99 inc VAT cost. Send anything, any shape, packaged any way you choose so long as it’s not over 2kg it’s a light weight parcel with Collect Plus.

Collect Plus New Weight Bands

The only real restriction is the current Collect Plus size limit of 50x30x30cm, however Collect Plus have promised to increase their size allowance within the next six weeks.

Introducing the changes Collect Plus CEO Neil Ashworth said Collect Plus now operates “a ‘one size, three simple prices’ approach so as long as a parcel fits within the required sizing parameters it does not matter what it weighs. We know that every penny matters when it comes to starting out so we want to make it as easy and cost effective for entrepreneurs and small businesses to send parcels

  1. For what it’s worth we once used Yodel – total nightmare- lost parcels – customer service was a joke – we know use Interlink Express – a joy to work with – great service – good prices – would reccomend them to all

  2. As a consumer I will not order from a company that uses CollectPlus/Yodel/HDNL

As a seller using them is DSR/feedback suicide.
