How do you get to the top of eBay search?

No primary category set

ebook homeThat’s one of the questions we ask in our Tamebay ebook: “50 things every eBay seller needs to know: Trading basics for start-up sellers“.

A significant chunk of the ebook pulls together everything we know about Best Match, eBay’s search system and how you can get your items to the top of the pile.

Sponsored by myHermes, this ebook is aimed squarely at new and fledgling eBay sellers who want to get some insider knowledge about trading on eBay.

But I bet that even the most seasoned and (perhaps) jaded eBay trader will learn a thing or two. You can download it here.

Here is what we do in the ebook:

• Introduce Best Match: eBay’s search system
• Explain eBay’s Defect system and how small mistakes can be a big problem
• Examine ways you can improve your listings and be more mobile friendly
• Explore the different shipping options available to eBay sellers
• Share expert tips from Tamebay readers and a whole raft of useful advice

We’d love to know what you think. So do download it and give us your feedback.

  1. How do you get to the top of eBay search?

Move to China and sell everything with free postage whilst avoid all taxes.

  2. It’s easy to get to the top in parts and accessories BUT completely pointless as ‘compatibility’ remains broken so you can’t actually sell anything!

It’s been broken for nearly two months! eBay are Totally unaware.
