Magento Forums reach 100k member milestone

The ecommerce powerhouse Magento is celebrating a collaborative milestone this week. They now have 100k users on their customer support and community forums for the first time. And that’s pretty big news for a service that is dependent on close user relations, as Magento is.

The Magento Forums exist so that fellow users can share their experiences and expertise and serve as a unique and vital resource for the massive community of ecommerce suppliers who power numerous ecommerce sites using the Magento system across the world.

As they say in their announcement: “We’ve now reached 100,000 members on the new forums, which is amazing! More importantly, you’ve given each other over 1,500 kudos for lending a hand through shared information and accepted over 1,000 solutions to community questions ranging from installation to customization and everything in between. One of our biggest strengths as a community is that we’re always learning and collaborating. Thank you for working together to move us all forward!”

Are you a Magento Forums user? How do you rate the experience?
