I would not mind the increase if it means the parcels I send don’t arrive looking like they have been run over or even left in customers bins ( a safe and secure place) apparently
With Ebay starting to encourage delivery within 1 to 2 days like amazon, its already becoming beneficial for sellers to go back to royal mail and ebay will probably give financial benefit to those that do or priority search results in cassini, Hermes need a cheap model next day delivery that can compete with royal mail first class, just putting prices up and not changing anything does not help
I’ve used MyHermes a lot for a variety of reasons, but this price rise plus the credit card charge they have announced means they offer no benefit over Ebay’s in house returns pricing or over Royal Mail once the delivery confirmation improvements are rolled out. So from a business point of view what is the purpose of them?
Stopped using Hermes a while ago, as they lost approx one in ten of our parcels.
Cheap, but also unreliable.
Hello!
Sometimes I use the services of Hermes in the tourist trips.
To ease your luggage.
Thank you!
