Yesterday we wrote about some confusion about the eBay Global Shipping Programme address. Specifically there was discussion about the post code. It seems that the success of the programme means that bigger premises are required and so the despatch address has changed.
@eBay has responded and provided us with a definitive answer. So, fresh from eBay UK, this is the address to send your GSP parcels to:
GSP,
Unit 3 Dove Close, Fradley Park
Lichfield
WS13 8UR
Part of the confusion with couriers and the rest seems be that this unit has a brand new post code that isn’t necessarily reflected in existing databases. People we know at eBay assure us that the couriers and others have been contacted to advice them of the new address and post code. Hopefully it won’t take long to ensure that there is no confusion on the post code for GSP.
At Tamebay we like the Global Selling Programme and commend it to sellers , business and private, as a very easy way to open up your base of customers to those overseas. It’s free and easy and, despite what some naysayers will say, almost entirely risk free. eBay has put some protections on for sellers. If you want to know more, this video is useful.

we use it and love it
though t ebay need to do more to educate buyers . on how it works the gsp has saved us around £3000 this year in lost or damaged items,
plus its so relaxing to just pass the buck to ebay with combined shipping requests
another fantastic opportunity
lost by royal mail with heads stuck in the sand of
inadequate tracking and compensation
eBay have advised that the old warehouse hasn’t been closed yet. All parcels must be sent to the address on the order, may be the old GSP or may be the new GSP, as they are still in the transition stage.
