Back in December 2016, UK Mail was acquired by Deutsche Post DHL Group. One of the upshots of that acquisition is now coming to fruition: UK Mail will start rebranding as DHL Parcel UK. The company name will also change to DHL Parcel UK Limited. The rebranding exercise will take place over the course of 2018 and early 2019.
Included in the rebranding, which will be delivered for an disclosed cost to the company, will see changes over 50 UK warehouse and depot sites all over the country and also be marked by a new website and a revamped social media presence. The UK Mail brand will persist for their mail and packet users.
The rebrand represents the next stage in our alignment with DHL in terms of values and ambition in the parcels market. DHL is one of the most recognisable and respected brands in the world. Our people are proud to be a part of it and we will be able to provide our customers with a wider international and domestic product offering to benefit the developing UK delivery market. The rebrand is a gradual transition and an important milestone that we will achieve throughout 2018 and the first quarter of 2019, this will mark a new phase of development and growth.

It will be confusing calling it DHL Parcel UK, as they’re nothing to do with DHL Express UK, whom deal with International Parcels.
Hopefully the Vans / uniforms will be different, as we use both UK Mail & DHL Express

I assume you mean undisclosed otherwise the cost would be known and publishable
How will DHL make uk parcel and express vans be identified by users
This follows the pattern that’s been successful across Europe and shows the company moving into the b2c market. Yes DHL Express take items but their core business was built on b2b and they’ve never been able to meet consumer requirements in the b2c space. Lots of internal infighting ahead as each entity targets the same customer base with different service levels and solutions!
