eBay, as is every ecommerce company, are getting involved in Black Friday with deals and publicity. Everyday this week there are a new eBay UK Black Friday deals, a Hot Right Now offer, at 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 8pm and their adverts are airing across all forms of media.

eBay promotion on Heart radio network
One of eBay’s media partnerships is with the commercial radio station Heart which has local stations across the country in their affiliated network. On the Heart website (and publicised in their broadcasts) is the opportunity to build and win your eBay dream list from a selection of products. Someone will win their dream package worth up to £2000. Unsurprisingly the lists users choose from include the hero products from the eBay UK Black Friday deals.
Mobile only deals
What was particularly interesting in the US is that eBay are offering some mobile only deals and on Wednesday held a 15% off promotion that was only available on mobile. We’ve not seen mobile only deals in the UK yet so that is one to watch for the future.
