The DPD App V2 has been released with a completely redesigned and re-engineered user interface to let you arrange the best possible delivery experience for you. You can also send parcels from within the DPD app as well as access a range of discounts from a variety of users.

the DPD App V2 offers 30-minute delivery alerts – they don’t want you to wait in all day so for all DPD deliveries, they’ll let you know in advance when to expect delivery. If you’re not going to be in, you can use the DPD app to make sure you can still receive your parcels. DPD can deliver straight to your chosen DPD Pickup location or, to your chosen neighbour or safe place.
Active and previous deliveries – using your DPD App V2 you can see a list of current deliveries and track when your parcels will be with you. When DPD have delivered to your chosen safe place they’ll send you photos of your parcel in that location.
You can also save multiple addresses – your work, home, or even family member’s address preference, so you can tailor your delivery experience and still get your deliveries, wherever you are in the UK.
Live driver tracking lets you see the name and a picture of your driver and track their location and find out where you are in the delivery queue. You can see your driver’s estimated arrival time so you know when to expect your parcel.
The DPD App V2 also give you access to DPD’s in flight options – if your plans change you can still rearrange your delivery right up until they deliver your parcel. You can instruct your DPD driver to deliver on a different day, to a preferred neighbour, to a safe place or even to one of the 2,500 DPD Pickup shops.
If you’re collecting your parcel from a nearby DPD Pickup shop, you can get opening hours, your pickup pass for collection and directions from your delivery address.
Send a parcel with DPD App V2
You can send a parcel directly from within the DPD App V2. There are options to type in the recipient detail or if it’s a contact already in your mobile phone contacts then the App can grab their name, address, phone number and email address and complete the details in a single click. Then you just pay for your parcel and you’re done.
